Entries may be available on the day (subject to availability) with an on-the-day fee of £30. Included for entrants are a bespoke medal, free photographs, and trophies and prizes for leading runners. The event does not support refunds or deferrals. An elite wave will start first, with additional wave starts for the main field; further race-day details are sent to entrants by email.

Course and logistics

The route is an off-road, single-lap 10k on undulating terrain that mixes footpaths, fields, and trails. The course features hills, muddy sections, and kissing and latch gates. The route was revised in 2025 and the same course is planned for 2026. It is GPS-measured but uncertified due to multiple terrain types. The course will be waymarked with route arrows, cones, and marshals. The circuit is closed but may include occasional walkers or dog walkers.

Parking is available on site (charges apply) and the car park is a short walk from Race HQ; nearer access can be arranged for disability reasons on request. The closest railway station is Benfleet, about a 2.5 mile walk from the Race HQ and may require a taxi. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
