HA Haw Hustle - Haw River State Park, Greensboro, NC

The HA Haw Hustle is a trail running event held on March 14, 2026, at Haw River State Park (Iron Ore Access), 6068 N Church St, Greensboro, NC 27455. The event is presented by Harvest Academy and organized by a group called the "Father's of Harvest" to showcase the school and its students.

Event formats:

  • 5k Run/Walk
  • 1 Mile Fun Run

This is a trail race with a new course route for the one-mile event due to park regulations. The 5k course shares sections where runners travel in opposite directions; participants are asked to pass runners going the same direction on the left and keep right for oncoming traffic. Parking will be available in a field at the end of the park drive at the Iron Ore Belt Access; attendees should plan extra time for parking and warm-up. Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash.

Timed results will be provided by Trivium Racing. Awards and items listed include lion statues for top three male and female finishers, a race medal, and a colorful event t-shirt; shirts are in production and not guaranteed. Packet pick-up locations are planned at Gospel Baptist Church and Chick-fil-A (Pisgah Church Rd), with times to be posted. The event includes a shoe donation drive for Sneakers4Good. Sponsors named include Gate City Health-Chiropractor and Chick-fil-A as a food vendor on site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
