Details
The half marathon follows a full loop around Lake Brandt and the courses use Greensboro watershed trails, including sections of singletrack. The course description notes rolling terrain and sections of varying difficulty. Participants may choose to run, ruck, or hike the course; ruck and economy-package entry options are available for both distances.
Included with registration are a lightweight race shirt, a custom finisher medal (part of the Mega Medal Series), race photos, chip timing with course splits, live tracking via RaceJoy, aid at multiple stations, and post-race food and beverages. Pricing ranges shown on the event pages include $60–$75 for the half marathon, $38–$50 for the 4 mile, and $35 for virtual entries.
The event refund and transfer policies state: no refunds within 30 days of the event; requests made earlier than 30 days may be eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee excluding processing fees; entries cannot be deferred to another event or year; entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee and shirt size cannot be changed.
