GTR 2026 - Event overview

GTR 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Braggs, Oklahoma. This is the 10th annual running of the event and the location for 2026 is Gruber ORV Park at Highway 10 and Tyler Road. Race details

The course uses a loop format built from a 5+ mile loop. The trail is described as moderately technical. Packet pickup will occur at the ORV park on race day and there will be no late starts. If a participant switches distances, that must be arranged before the race begins; if a participant starts a distance and later drops, it will be recorded as a DNF. No-show packets will not be mailed.

Shirt cutoff is January 1, 2026; shirts are not guaranteed after that date. Top three male and female finishers in each event will receive custom trophies and all finishers will receive a custom finishers medal. If a snow or ice storm the week of the event makes the trail difficult, or if the event must be canceled for reasons beyond organizer control, entries will be converted to virtual and there will be no refunds. Prices listed are $55 for the 5 Mile, $65 for the 10 Mile, and $75 for the 20 Mile; prices increase after January 7, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
