Course Details

The course at Welling Ridge Trails is a 4-mile loop, bringing participants back to the start/finish area each lap. It is described as rugged, scenic, and rocky single-track trail. Each loop has approximately 417 feet of elevation gain and loss. To complete the 50k or 65k, a minimum pace of 22:30 per mile is required.

Special Features

The event includes some unique challenges. The "Extra Magic Mile" is a bonus, non-scoring mile that appears at a random time. The "Kaizen ROCK of Passage" is a challenge where participants may carry a heavy stone (mentioned as potentially 60 lbs) to the finish for a special prize.

Finisher Perks

Completing one 4-mile loop earns a finisher's award. Finishers of the 50k and 65k distances receive a special belt buckle. The top three finishers in every distance get gold, silver, or bronze variants of the finisher medal. Ruck Relay teams compete for full-sized championship belts.

On-Site Support
