Gravel Worlds Run Series : Lincoln, Nebraska

The Gravel Worlds Run Series, hosted by Lauf Gravel Worlds and presented by Goodlife Brands, takes place in Lincoln, Nebraska over the weekend of August 22 and August 23, 2026. The event offers multiple trail-style distances almost entirely on gravel and dirt roads and includes notable rolling terrain with frequent climbs and descents. Average grades on sections of the course are reported around 4 to 5 percent.

Distances offered:

• 50k about 32 miles, ~2,000 ft elevation
• Half Marathon about 13.1 miles, ~850 ft elevation
• 10k about 6 miles, ~400 ft elevation
• 5k about 3 miles, ~150 ft elevation

The run series is self-supported: participants must complete the course without outside support that is not provided by the race. Water and basic nutrition are available at aid stations; runners should carry any specific supplies they require. Aid stations are placed roughly every 8 to 10 kilometers in the first half and every 5 to 7 kilometers in the second half, with a fully stocked checkpoint shortly after the halfway point. Courses are marked and organizers provide GPS files and downloadable cue cards via RideWithGPS and Garmin Connect.

Time cut-offs are set per distance, with 3.5 hours for the half marathon and 8.5 hours for the 50k. The event week also includes two-day double championships combining bike and run elements with solo and relay divisions and awards for top finishers.
