The Glacier Ridge Trail Ultramarathon & Trail Race takes place on May 9, 2026 at Moraine State Park near Portersville, PA. The start and finish for all distances is McDanels Boat Launch at the western end of Lake Arthur (coordinates: 40.966662, -80.125097). The event uses out-and-back courses and the 20 Mile and 50K routes largely follow the blue-blazed Glacier Ridge / North Country Trail between Moraine State Park and the Jennings Environmental Education Center.

- 20 Mile Trail Run / Endurance Hike
- 50K Ultramarathon
- 50 Mile Ultramarathon
- 50 Mile 5-person Relay (up to 5 team members)
All finishers receive a finisher medallion. Trophies go to first place male and female in each distance, including each member of the winning 50 Mile Relay team. Technical shirts are provided by distance: 50 Mile 1/4 zip long sleeve, 50K long sleeve, 20 Mile short sleeve, and relay short sleeve.
Logistics and rules
Crews are permitted only for 50K and 50 Mile individual runners and may meet runners at designated aid stations: Upper 528, Jennings, and North Country Club Road. Crew assistance is allowed only within 100 yards of those aid stations. Parking is generally available at Jennings and North Country Club Road; parking near Upper 528 is limited and will include roadside parking to the Boat Launch. Registration closes May 7, 2026. Refund policy: refunds through 02/15/2026 minus online fees, no refunds after 02/15/2026; one-year deferral available through 04/01/2026. Participants must be 18 years or older on race date.
