Aid stations require runner check in and are stocked with HEED, water, and food. Stations are spaced about four to eight miles apart. There are one drop bag stations at mile markers given for each distance (50K at 13.3 and 17.7; 50 mile at 13.3 and 36.7). The race is cupless; runners must carry a refillable container. A reusable cup will be provided at check in.

Pacing by non entrants is not allowed. Crews may assist runners only at aid station locations. Providing aid outside aid stations or stashing supplies along the course is not permitted. Vehicles at aid stations inside the state forest require a Wisconsin state park parking pass; the start and finish are outside the state forest and do not require a park sticker.
