Aid stations require runner check in and are stocked with HEED, water, and food. Stations are spaced about four to eight miles apart. There are one drop bag stations at mile markers given for each distance (50K at 13.3 and 17.7; 50 mile at 13.3 and 36.7). The race is cupless; runners must carry a refillable container. A reusable cup will be provided at check in.
