Gavin's Gallop 5K

Gavin's Gallop is a 5K road/trail event held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Freeman Lake Park in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The course follows the trail by the lake on an out-and-back route. There is a water stop at the turnaround. Every participant receives a finisher’s medal.

Registration, place and purpose

The event is based at the Lions Club Pavilion, 140 Freeman Lake Park Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701. Packet pickup is available race morning only, beginning at 7:30 AM. Registration fees are $35 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under. Registration closes on June 13, 2026. All proceeds support Gavin’s Gifts, a nonprofit that helps families affected by Batten Disease by providing financial assistance, home modifications, and care-related support.
