Fueled by Fine Wine

Dundee, United States • 12 Jul 2026

Event Overview

Fueled by Fine Wine takes place in the heart of Oregon's wine country, approximately 30 minutes southwest of Portland. The event features multiple distances that traverse private vineyards and scenic country roads in the Dundee Hills area. Participation is limited to 1,100 runners.

Participants can choose from several distances:

  • Half Marathon: A course covering hilly and varied terrain, including private vineyards and gravel roads.
  • Quarter Marathon: A route featuring vineyard paths and out-and-back sections on country roads.
  • 5K: A mix of paved roads and vineyard trails with significant elevation changes.
  • Virtual Race: An option to complete the distance independently between July 13 and July 21.

The courses consist of varied surfaces, including bumpy grass, dusty paths, gravel, and sections of paved road. Due to the nature of the working farms, course layouts may see minor adjustments annually. The half marathon has a 4.5-hour time limit, while the quarter marathon has a 4-hour limit.

The post-race festival at Dundee Billick Park focuses on the local wine industry. Runners receive a commemorative wine glass, a custom race bib, a shirt, and a medal. The festival includes wine tasting from nearly two dozen area wineries, along with food trucks and snacks. Separate tickets are available for non-running spectators to join the wine tasting. A bag check service is provided at the venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
