The Frosty Fireman 5k takes place on January 3, 2026, at 9600 Big East Fork Rd, Franklin, TN. The event offers two race options:

The event is organized to raise funds for the Nashville Fire Fighters Association Foundation, which supports families of firefighters who have been killed, injured, or facing illness or hardship.

Course and event details

The course includes the section known as the "Murder Mile," a 1.1-mile loop with a 340-foot elevation gain. The route features two steep climbs, runnable sections, and a downhill through fields back to the start/finish on a wide double-track trail. The property is private and is located about 10 minutes from downtown Franklin.

Registration closes on January 2. Runners registered by December 20 are guaranteed a t-shirt; registrations after that date may experience a delay in receiving shirts. Push your limits at Atheon, a last person standing ruck event in Ashland City TN where competitors run 2.5 mile loops with about 800 feet of climb. Finish laps within an hour wearing the required ruck until a single competitor remains.

Take on Big Al's 200, a rugged trail event in Franklin TN on March 31, 2026, offering 200 and 100 mile loop races on scenic single track around springs and ridgelines. Space is extremely limited and runners are self supported.
