The Music City Trail Ultra is scheduled for March 7, 2026 in Pegram, Tennessee at 2150 Sams Creek Road. The event offers the following distances:

Course, aid stations and awards

The course begins at a family farm that connects to the Cheatham Wildlife Games Reserve. The route uses a mix of trail and jeep or gravel roads. Organizers list approximate surface breakdowns: 50K about half trail and half jeep/gravel roads, 25K about 65% trail, 12K about 75% trail. The description notes technical terrain and steep trails.

Aid stations are placed roughly every 5 to 6 miles and will provide Gatorade, water, and snacks. Cut-off times are set at 3 hours 20 minutes for the 10-mile aid station and 6.5 hours for the 20-mile aid station; all runners must complete the race within 9 hours. Awards are given by gender for overall places (1st–3rd) in each distance and by age-group first places in specified age categories.
