The virtual option allows participants to run or walk where they choose and submit their time by the end of race day. Virtual packages ship the Monday after the event to addresses in the continental US.

Course, timing and services

The race uses the paved trail at Jamison Park. Start and finish will be chip timed to provide net times. Water stations are provided approximately every 1.5 miles. Packet pickup takes place on race morning, starting one hour before the race.

Awards, shirts and policies

Finisher medals are provided to all finishers. Awards are given to top finishers in these categories: Top 3 overall M/F; Top 3 overall masters M/F; Top 3 overall grand masters M/F; Top 3 overall senior grand masters M/F; and top three in usual five-year age groups from 10 & under through 75+. Long sleeve race shirts and other swag are available; items are guaranteed only for early registrants and are available while supplies last after those dates. All registrations are final; there are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. In extreme weather the event may be canceled for safety, and no refunds will be issued.
