The Freakin Freezin 5K - Winston Salem is scheduled for February 15, 2026 in Winston Salem, NC at Jamison Park (285 Meadowlark Drive, 27101). The event offers the following race options:

Regular registration rates apply through February 7; late registration runs through February 14; race day registration is available at a higher fee. Virtual 5K registration closes February 7. Packet pickup is held on race morning; any early pickup will be announced if available.
Race features and rules
The course uses the paved trail at Jamison Park. Chip timing will be used to provide net times. Water stations are planned at approximately every 1.5 miles. All finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Awards are given to the top 3 overall male and female, top 3 masters male and female, top 3 grand masters male and female, top 3 senior grand masters male and female, and top 3 in five-year age groups from 10 & under through 75+.
The virtual option allows participants to run at a time and place of their choosing and submit results by race day. Virtual packages are shipped the Monday after the event to addresses within the continental US. All registrations are final; refunds, transfers, and deferments are not provided.
