The Franciscan Rhythms Trail 5K Run & Walk is an annual event held at the Franciscan Life Process Center's Lowell Campus in Lowell, Michigan. Participants can choose from a 5K run, 5K walk, kids fun run, or a virtual trail run/walk. The course winds through a scenic 230-acre campus featuring deciduous woodlands, pine forests, restored prairies with native Michigan plants, and a rain garden supporting wetland species.

The trail is mostly natural terrain with only the starting area paved. The event offers a family-friendly atmosphere with live music along the trail and fresh-baked goods by the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist.
