The Fox Valley Winter Challenge Trail Series is a three-part winter trail race series in the Fox Valley area. The series includes trail races over three distances and is organized by the Fox Valley Winter Challenge Trail Series. The series is scheduled to return for 2026.

The series includes these race distances:

  • 5K : Jan 24 (Batavia)
  • 8K : Feb 21 (Aurora)
  • 10K : Mar 22 (St. Charles)

Registration is available for single races, two-race bundles, or the full Challenge Series. All three races and bundle options can be accessed from the 5K, 8K, or 10K websites. Race entry levels include event swag based on number of races entered: one race receives a hat; two races receive a hat plus bib snaps; three races receive a hat, bib snaps, and a sweatshirt.
