Forma Games 2026

The Forma Games 2026 is a multi-disciplinary fitness event taking place over two days. The competition utilizes a format focused on three distinct areas of physical performance: Strength, Power, and Engine. Participants compete in either Doubles or Teams of Three across various categories, including male, female, and mixed-sex divisions.

The event structure consists of three zones, each with a 20-minute time cap and a 10-minute transition period between sections. The overall winner is determined by the lowest combined placing across all three zones. Scoring is facilitated through live tracking and volunteer judging.

The Strength Zone requires athletes to establish a one-repetition maximum (1RM) for both the Bench Press and the Deadlift. Scores are calculated based on the total weight lifted as a percentage of the athletes' individual body weights.

The Power Zone focuses on functional movements with specific weight standards for different categories. Tasks include a 50m or 60m Sled Push and Sled Drag, 80m or 90m of Burpee Broad Jumps, and between 100 and 150 Wall Ball repetitions.

The Engine Zone tests cardiovascular endurance. Teams must complete a 1.2 km run loop followed by a 1.6 km Ski Erg distance. The remaining time in the 20-minute window is spent on a rowing machine to accumulate maximum distance. For teams of three, additional requirements include kettlebell holds and burpees during transitions.
