Event Overview

FORGE is a 12-hour backyard ultra event. The format requires runners to complete a 4.167-mile loop every hour, starting on the hour. If a runner misses the start of a loop or does not finish within the hour, their race is over. Completing all 12 loops equals a total distance of 50 miles.

The event uses a single, continuous loop course. The terrain consists of very flat dirt roads with one softer, sandy section. The course has no shade.

The event takes place on trails and dirt roads south of the Swinomish Casino in Skagit County, Washington.

Event Details

All registered participants receive a running hat, a hoodie, a custom finisher medal, and day-of-race food and snacks including Tailwind Nutrition Endurance Fuel.
