Forest Flyer

Forest Flyer is a trail race held in Haldon Forest Park near Exeter. The course is approximately 5 miles long and follows forest tracks, paths and fire roads.

Entries open on 24 March 2026 and close on 2 July 2026. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Entry fees are listed as £14 affiliated and £16 non affiliated. Parking is not included in the entry fee and is payable on the day. Race entries on the day, if available, may incur an additional £2 administration fee and will be accepted in cash only.

The event provides water at two water stops and at the finish. The event is cupless; bottles or cups are not provided. Race numbers can be collected on the day near the cafe.

Prizes will be awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers, with additional age category prizes for male and female V40, V50, V60 and V70. All finishers receive a bespoke memento. The event also includes the first Haldon Hillclimb Championship with trophies for the fastest male and female up the final hill.
