The FOLEPI River Trail Classic is the 36th annual running event held in East Peoria, Illinois on November 28, 2026. The event is centered at 201 Veterans Dr and uses local park district facilities and nearby locations for event operations and post event activities.

Distances offered:

4-Mile Run - competitive race with awards
2-Mile Walk - non timed and non competitive, no awards

Bib and swag pickup is available the day before and the morning of the event. There is a post race gathering at Mickie's Pizzeria. Some awards include illuminated trophies.

The 4-Mile Run includes multiple award categories. Overall awards are given by gun time for top finishers in male and female divisions, plus master, grand master, and super grand master categories. Age group awards are given by net time for these age divisions: 19 & under; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 & over. Age group double dipping is not allowed.
