The McNotagain Fall Trail Runs take place on October 25, 2025, at McNaughton Park in Pekin, IL, in "flat" Central Illinois. The event uses a 10-mile loop on park trails. The loop will be run in the reverse direction from previous editions, offering a different route perspective. Each loop includes two creek crossings and about 1,300 feet of elevation gain.
