Five Trig Points
Delph, United Kingdom • 9 May 2026
Event Overview
Five Trigs is a self-navigated event in the South Pennines that takes participants to five different trig points. The course follows an anti-clockwise direction, with Blackstone Edge serving as the most northerly point on the route. The event is based at the Castleshaw Centre in Delph and is open to both runners and walkers.
The route is approximately 19 miles long with a total ascent of 3000 feet. Because the course is not flagged, participants must navigate to each trig point and checkpoint in the specified order. Entrants are expected to select their own route between these points while staying on public tracks and rights of way.
