The Five Fields Farm 50K is a three-lap figure-8 course that uses trails in the Bald Pate Preserve and Holt Pond Preserve. Each lap is a little over 10 miles with about 1,350 feet of elevation gain. The route includes steep climbs, narrow technical singletrack, long rolling sections, and finishes each lap through an apple orchard. Small segments cross private property; runners are asked to respect landowners and avoid training on those sections.

The Bald Pate 10K covers roughly 10 kilometers with about 1,800 feet of elevation gain. The course includes technical singletrack, steep climbs and descents, mud, and scenic viewpoints. One climb on Pate Trail reaches a steep grade noted in course details.

Aid stations for the 50K include two stations on course plus the start/finish area; supplies listed include water, Tailwind, gels, and a mix of light and more substantial snacks. The 10K uses a single aid station with water, Tailwind, and light snacks. Proceeds benefit the Loon Echo Land Trust. Volunteer roles are available to support course direction, aid stations, and the start/finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
