The event takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in El Dorado Hills, CA, at the Falcon Crest Parking Lot / Monte Vista Trailhead. Distances offered include:

Course and logistics
The course is primarily single-track trail on dirt and rock with minimal pavement. The elevation profile is rolling hills with frequent ups and downs and some technical sections. Routes run along trails paralleling Folsom Lake and include shaded sections, exposed sections, and at least one creek crossing where runners may get wet feet.
Aid stations are located at several road-accessible points (Old Salmon Falls, Salmon Falls, Falcon Crest) and some offer bathrooms, crew access, and drop-bag delivery. Drop bags can be checked at registration and will be delivered to aid stations on course. Portable toilets are available at the start/finish; additional parking areas include Old Salmon Falls and several nearby lots with day-use fees. All finishers receive a commemorative medal.
