Export 100 Trail Run : October 4, 2025
The Export 100 Trail Run in Export, PA is a 104-mile out-and-back trail race with 7,392 ft of elevation gain. The course follows the Westmoreland Heritage Trail and West Penn Trail and also uses single-track sections in the Morosini Reserve, Duff Park and Pleasant Valley Park. The event has a 32-hour cut-off. Registration for this edition closed on September 9, 2025.
Course features and aid stations
Pacers are permitted after Mile 62 for the remainder of the race. The route is accessible to spectators for a majority of its length; the Westmoreland Heritage Trail and West Penn Trail are open to the public and may have bicycles present, while the single-track sections in the reserves and parks are runnable only. Aid stations are positioned along the route and most listed bathrooms are heated with running water, except the bathrooms at Newport Road and Rangos.
Aid stations will offer hot food, Tailwind electrolyte and typical ultra-style snacks except where noted as water-only. Water-only aid stations appear at Mile 0 (Export), Mile 6.85 (Rangos), Mile 31.20 (Newport Road), Mile 55.59 (Rangos), Mile 62.35 (Export), Mile 70.77 (Pleasant Valley), Mile 94.92 (Pleasant Valley) and Mile 103.77 (Export). Full-service aid stations occur at multiple other points, including Saltsburg, Conemaugh Dam, Robert's Trailhead and B-Y Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
