Export 100 Trail Run - October 3, 2026

The Export 100 Trail Run is a 104-mile out and back route based in Export, PA, with 7,392 feet of elevation gain. The course follows long sections of the Westmoreland Heritage Trail and the West Penn Trail and passes through the Morosini Reserve, Duff Park and Pleasant Valley Park during October foliage. The event carries a 32-hour cut-off and reports that 100% of profits benefit the local trail community.

Aid stations are positioned at multiple points along the route and are described as fully stocked with hot food, Tailwind electrolyte, and typical ultra-style snacks unless noted as water only. Most listed bathrooms are heated and have running water for runner and crew use, with specific exceptions noted for certain trailheads. Pacers are permitted after mile 62 for the remainder of the course.

The route is described as highly viewable for family and friends, with participants visible for much of the course. Sections on the Westmoreland Heritage Trail and West Penn Trail remain open to the public and may include bicycle traffic; single-track sections in Morosini Reserve, Duff Park and Pleasant Valley Park are intended for running only. Registration closes October 1. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
