EpicTrails - Mugdock and Craigallian trails 9km

This is a guided social trail run of approximately 9 km on local paths around Mugdock Park and Craigallian Woods. The meeting point is the East Carpark at Mugdock. The route is entirely on trails and may include muddy sections.

The run is aimed at participants who can run a road 10 km in under 60 minutes, although no road sections form part of this route. Trail trainers are advised. Required kit varies with route and season and will be detailed in the run brief.

A qualified, experienced guide who is insured and first aid trained will lead the group. These runs are social rather than competitive; the group will regroup at points along the route and no one is left behind. Group sizes are managed to support safety.

Dogs and under 18s are not permitted due to insurance restrictions. The activity is run not for profit; funds cover costs and any surplus is donated to a local charity periodically. Refunds are available if requested, with no refunds for requests made less than 24 hours before the event. Entry fee is listed as £3 and the event has a total of 14 places.
