The Eno River Run takes place on October 25, 2026, at Eno River State Park, Fews Ford Access Area, 6101 Cole Mill Road, Durham, NC. The event offers trail race options over established single-track trails within the park.

Both courses run on technical single-track trail and include natural obstacles such as rocks, roots, trees, uneven ground, and fallen debris. Each distance includes ascents and descents that require careful concentration and secure footing.
Registration opens July 15, 2026 and closes October 25, 2026. The listed registration fees are $55.00 for the 11 mile race and $45.00 for the 6 mile race.
All participants receive custom race swag and post-race refreshments at the Eno. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers for men and women, and to the top masters finishers for men and women. Volunteer opportunities are available.
