Eno River Run is the 14th annual autumn trail race staged at Eno River State Park's Fews Ford Access Area in Durham, North Carolina. Runners may tackle 11 miles or 6 miles along a course that combines technical single-track trails with a foot river crossing and a short boulder section near the river. The route showcases park scenery with aid stations roughly every three miles.

All participants receive custom race swag, and post-race refreshments and music cap the event. Awards go to the top three overall finishers and top masters. The cup-free race requires runners to carry their own hydration device. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
