Englewood Beach Turtle Trot

The beach course is an out-and-back on the sand. Participants run or walk north on the sand for 1.55 miles, then turn around and return to the finish.

Awards and swag

Overall awards for the 5K are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Age-group awards (net chip time) are given to the top three males and females in these groups: 0–10, 11–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+. All 5K and 1-Mile participants receive a custom sea turtle beach towel and a commemorative turtle finisher’s medal that doubles as a magnet.
