The Trick or Trot 5K - Presented by Mazda of Port Charlotte is a Halloween-themed trail event on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Course and amenities

The course is a mixed-surface trail with mostly dirt and gravel. 5K participants receive a race shirt, bib, and a finisher medal with a sliding character. 1-mile walkers receive a shirt and a bib. Post-race food and refreshments are provided.

Awards for the 5K include overall Male and Female, age-group places, and special categories such as Youth, Masters (40+), Grandmaster (50+), Senior Grandmaster (60+), and Veterans (70+). Age groups are listed in standard ranges from 0-9 up to 75+. Registration pricing tiers are listed for various dates; a special rate is available for children ages 1-16.
