Endure24 Reading is a 24-hour relay running event held at Wasing Park, Wasing Ln, Reading RG7 4NG, UK. Participants run repeated laps of a marked loop of approximately 8 km through mixed trails and parkland with views of the 15th-century Church of St Nicholas, Wasing Wood and Paices Wood Lake. Entries are available for individuals and teams, including solo, pairs, and team categories up to 12 members. Solo runners aim to complete as many laps as possible within 24 hours and may leave the course for rest and re-enter at the designated entry point. Teams must ensure each member completes at least one lap and use the exchange point for handovers.

The event includes weekend camping at Wasing Park, Event Village facilities, catering, official event timing, a finisher's medal and a free event T-shirt. Participant car parking for runners is included with entries; supporter parking is included with camping or supporter passes. Age minimums apply: solo and pairs require entrants aged 18 and over, team entries (three or more) allow entrants aged 16 and over.

The event spans a full weekend with an Event Village, onsite camping options and an awards presentation. Nearest rail stations are Aldermaston (about 2 miles), Midgham (about 2 miles) and Theale (about 7.5 miles), with parking available at the Event Village. A Friday running event on a flat 5.3 km out-and-back riverside lap near Walton on Thames offering distances from 5 km to ultra and finishers' medals including spinning Rubber Ducky designs.

A circular half marathon trail run on the Ridgeway that visits Ashdown House and the original White Horse Hill. The route is described as undulating and the event is held under UK Athletics rules with a Trail Running Association permit.
