Course and format
The trails are mainly single track with soft footing and loose gravel. Routes run through open meadows and alongside the Medina River. The 100K uses a 15.5-mile loop that is run four times. The 50K uses the same loop twice and the 25K, 10K and 5K each use one loop. The 100M is described as six 15-mile loops plus an additional 10 miles.

Packet pickup is available the day before the event at the Land Heritage Institute and at the start/finish area on race day.
