The East Grinstead 10k is scheduled for Sunday, 5 October 2025. The event is organised by volunteers from East Grinstead Runners and supporting local clubs and charities. Field size is expected to be around 300-400 competitors. Profits are donated to East Grinstead Lions and their prostate cancer screening activity and to a club-supported runner. Course and services

The race is a multi-terrain, mainly flat course that uses scenic bridle paths around East Grinstead. The route comprises the first 7 km off-road on well-surfaced bridleways and the final 3 km on residential roads. The course is marshalled and includes a water station at 5 km. Race services include chip timing, medical cover, toilets, parking, finish-line catering provided by East Grinstead Lions, and a sustainably-sourced medal included with entry.
