Eagle Endurance Challenge

The Eagle Endurance Challenge is a Spartan style endurance race held in Hocking Hills. The next event is scheduled for September 12, 2026. The course covers over 4 miles of hilly terrain with mud and water sections and includes more than 20 obstacles, such as rope swings, bouldering walls and log pulls.

Participants may enter as individuals, as part of a group, or as a 5 person team. The event is recommended for ages 15 and up. All obstacles are optional. Food and drinks are provided on site.

The event highlights opportunities for school and club teams; high school and college sports coaches can join at no extra cost with a 5 person team entry. Clubs, churches and other organizations may sponsor teams.

Volunteers help monitor obstacles, prepare and serve food, hand out water and cheer on participants. First aid experience is useful but not required for volunteer roles. The venue is located in Hocking Hills at Koinonia Farms Camp. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
