Dunton Demon Races

Phoenix Striders Dunton Demon Races return at Langdon Nature Discovery Park in Basildon, Essex. The event offers three race options: Dunton Demon 5 mile, Dunton Demon 5k, and Dunton Demon 1k/2k Tinnies Toddle for children. The challenging trails loop through Langdon Hills, with routes visiting lakes, Westley Heights, the Plotlands area, and varied terrain along the Discovery Park’s paths.
The day supports Essex Wildlife Trust, the Finish Line Fund, and Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, with on-the-day entries available for a small extra fee.
