The Donate Life NC Hero Run takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, in Durham, NC. The 5K awards top three male and female overall, top three combined male and female 10 & under, and the top male and female in age groups 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
