Central Children's Home Cross Country Festival Run takes place in Oxford, North Carolina, on the Central Children’s Home campus (211 W Antioch Dr.). The day-long festival offers a 6 km Women Run/Walk and an 8 km Men Run/Walk, plus multiple youth divisions and the Granville Invitational, with competitive collegiate divisions for men and women added for the first time. Courses are grass fields and farm roads.

Proceeds benefit the Central Children’s Home of North Carolina and the Durham Striders Youth Association. The event fosters a community festival atmosphere, with guidelines such as no stroller or baby jogger participants and no pets. Packet pickup is available the day before and on race day.
