Dirty Feet Trail Run - Race 1 is a trail running event in Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park, Kamloops, BC, on April 12, 2026. Course and aid stations

The courses run through the Lac Du Bois grasslands, with single-track trails, rocky sections, and sagebrush. The area offers views of the Thompson River valley and the city of Kamloops. Trails are marked with Dirty Feet flags. The 5 km course has no aid stations on course; the start/finish area will be stocked with water, electrolyte drink, chocolate, jelly beans, chips, and other snacks. The 10 km course has one aid station; the 21 km course has two aid stations stocked with the same items.

Logistics and extras

There is no parking at the race site. Shuttle services operate from designated pick-up locations (including Windsor Ave and an area near 8th St) to the race start. Race packages can be picked up in Kamloops on the Friday and Saturday before the race, with an option for out-of-town participants to pick up on race day. Dirty Feet merchandise will be available for purchase. Optional participant medals are available for purchase in advance or on race day. HOKA will have demo shoes at the event.
