This event takes place at the Stake Lake Nordic Centre near Kamloops, BC. It offers multiple trail formats: 25 km, 50 km, 100 km, relay teams, and a 25 km night race.
Courses mix singletrack and double track with hills, rocks and roots. The layout returns frequently to the main parking area and race headquarters so runners can access drop bags and their vehicles. Elevation gain is approximately 2000 m for the 100 km and 1000 m for the 50 km.

Pacers are not allowed and crew access is limited to the start/finish headquarters.
