Dirty Feet Heartbreak is a trail ultra at Stake Lake Nordic Centre near Kamloops, BC on August 15, 2026. Distances offered include:

Course, format and support

The course uses single track and wider trail, with sections of hills, rocks and roots. Approximate elevation gain is 2000 m for the 100 km and 1000 m for the 50 km. The 100 km is described as eight legs (a 50 km loop run twice); leg distances include 10 km and 15 km segments. The 50 km is a continuous course; the relay option uses four legs.

Aid stations are placed throughout each course and several are at the main headquarters/parking staging area, where runners can access drop bags. The 100 km aid stations are listed at multiple kilometre points including 10 km, 18 km, 25 km, 35 km, 43 km, 50 km, 60 km, 68 km, 75 km, 85 km, 93 km and finish. Mandatory race rules include carrying minimum fluids and wearing bibs; headlamps are required after 6 pm and two headlamps are required for the night 25 km.
