Dirty Feet Heartbreak is an ultra trail running event at Stake Lake, near Kamloops, BC on August 15, 2026. Distances:

The 100 km has approximately 2000 m of elevation gain; the 50 km has approximately 1000 m. Trail terrain includes single track and double track, hills, rocks, roots and some technical rock features; there are views, ponds and bird habitat along the route. Relay team sizes are listed by division (100 km teams 2-8; 50 km teams 2-4). Aid stations are provided and the main staging area and drop bags are at race headquarters near the main parking lot. 100 km aid stations are located at 10 km (HQ), 18 km, 25 km (HQ), 35 km (HQ), 43 km, 50 km (HQ), 60 km (HQ), 68 km, 75 km (HQ), 85 km (HQ), 93 km and finish (HQ). Mandatory rules include carrying headlamps after 18:00, two headlamps for the night 25 km, minimum 500 ml electrolytes and the ability to carry 1 L, and no pacers on course.
