Dirty Feet Run 4 Donuts

The ninth annual Run 4 Donuts takes place at Riverside Park on the Rivers Trail near the tennis courts on Uji Way in Kamloops B.C. The event supports the Kamloops Food Bank and has raised over $20,000 and donated over 800 pounds of food since 2015.

All participants start together and begin by eating one donut. After that donut, participants run or walk 1.25 km to a Donut Station, eat another donut and return to the start. This loop is repeated until participants have eaten the number of donuts associated with their chosen distance. Eating donuts is optional and leftover donuts are donated to the Mission. Donuts are supplied by Donut King.

Available distances and associated donut counts:

  • 2.5 km, run or walk and eat up to 2 donuts.
  • 5 km, run and eat up to 4 donuts.
  • 10 km, run and eat up to 8 donuts.

Registration fees cover donuts, a monitored course, first aid, a custom donut themed finisher award and GST. Published fees: children 16 and under $25, adults 17 and over $40. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
