Dirty Feet Run 4 Donuts

The Dirty Feet Run 4 Donuts will take place at Riverside Park in Kamloops, British Columbia. This is the 9th annual edition of the event, which supports the Kamloops Food Bank. Over its history, the event has raised more than $20,000 for the local food bank.

The run offers three distances, each linked to a number of donuts to be eaten during the course:

  • 2.5 km – eat up to 2 donuts.
  • 5 km – eat up to 4 donuts.
  • 10 km – eat up to 8 donuts.

All participants start by eating one donut. They then run or walk 1.25 km to a Donut Station, consume another donut, and return to the start/finish area. This pattern repeats until the required number of donuts for the chosen distance is consumed. Eating the donuts is not mandatory.

Registration includes donuts, a safe course, first aid services, and a custom donut-themed award for all finishers. The event will be held on the Rivers Trail, near the tennis courts on Uji Way. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
