Dirty Feet Run 4 Donuts

Dirty Feet Run 4 Donuts takes place on October 3, 2026 at Riverside Park in Kamloops, British Columbia. The event supports the Kamloops Food Bank and has raised and donated over $20,000 and over 800 pounds of food between 2015 and 2025.

Participants choose among three distance options that combine running and eating donuts:

  • 2.5 km run or walk, eat up to 2 donuts.
  • 5 km run, eat up to 4 donuts.
  • 10 km run, eat up to 8 donuts.

All distances start together. Every participant begins by eating one donut, then travels 1.25 km to the Donut Station, consumes another donut, and returns to the start/finish. That circuit repeats until the required number of donuts has been eaten. Eating the donuts is optional; leftover donuts will be donated to the Mission.

Donuts are supplied by Donut King. Registration fees cover donuts, a safe course, first aid, and a custom donut themed award for finishers; GST is included. Listed fees are children 16 and under $25 (children under 10 must be accompanied by a registered adult) and adults 17+ $40. The route uses the Rivers Trail near the tennis courts on Uji Way.
