The DirtRun Wyre Wizard Trail takes place at Wyre Forest Visitor Centre, Callow Hill, Kidderminster (DY14 9XQ) on 15 Mar 2026. Two route options are offered:

  • 13 miles (Half Marathon)
  • 7.6 miles (Wyre Wizard Super Seven)

The event status is open and the entry closing date is 10 Mar 2026 23:59. Early-bird entry prices apply to the first 25 places: £20 for the Half Marathon (usual price £30) and £15 for the Super Seven (usual price £20). Registration counts and remaining places are shown on the event page.

Race features and rules

The trail runs through Wyre Forest, including routes through ancient trees and varied contours. The event provides race timing, special finishers medals for all, category prizes, medical support, a tail runner, public address and commentary, fully signed and marshalled routes, and insurance cover. Four water stations will supply water and sweets. The Wyre Forest cafe will be open.

Age limits apply: entrants must be over 17 for the Half Marathon and over 14 for the Super Seven. Competitors must finish within four hours; timing ends and the finish line will be removed after that period. No refunds are given under any circumstances, but entries may be transferred once to another DirtRun event if the organiser is notified before the event. A multi distance running event along the River Severn between Ironbridge and Bridgnorth on 21 February 2026. Distances range from 9 miles to 37 miles with 9.4 mile laps and aid stations every 4.7 miles.

A 9.5km off road race at Kinver Edge and The Rock Houses on 22 February 2026, run as two laps around local trails. Limited to 100 runners, entry fee £18; medals for all and prizes for the top three in each gender.
