The Fleet Feet Dirt Cheap Trail Race Series is a mid-week trail running series held in Rochester, New York. Established in 2008, the series includes four individual races conducted across different parks in Monroe County. Participants can register for individual races or the entire four-race series.

Course Information

Courses are marked with pink flags and distances vary depending on the specific park, terrain, and layout. Typically, routes range between 3.5 miles and 4.5 miles. The series is held at the following locations:

  • Durand Eastman Park at Magnolia Shelter
  • Webster Park at Parkview Lodge
  • Mendon Ponds Park at Hopkins Point
  • Black Creek Park at Woodside Lodge

The event operates as a cup-free zone, requiring participants to carry their own hydration.

Participant Details

All races feature chip timing with live results available via text and email for those who opt-in. Participants who sign up for the full series receive a custom hat and are eligible for series scoring, which counts the best three out of four race placements. A post-race hot dog cookout is provided for attendees. For those in the series, a single bib is used for all four events.

Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners, as well as the top two finishers in several age categories ranging from 19 and under to 70 and over.
