9 Hours for 9 Lives Ultra

This event takes place on 06/06/2026 at Fish's Farm Market in Shortsville, NY. Participants run or walk repeated loops of 1.52 miles on an active produce farm, completing as many loops as they wish within the event format.

The course includes hills, grass, dirt, mild ruts and some trail through the woods; mud may be present depending on recent weather. The site is farm-oriented: greenhouses at Fish's Farm Market will be open and it is likely to be strawberry season. Attendees will encounter resident golden retrievers and barn cats that are cared for by local caregivers.

Timing is provided by HourGlass Works. An aid station will be stocked with typical supplies; participants are encouraged to bring personal aid and a chair. Portapotties will be on site. Handcrafted medals are awarded to all finishers and prizes are given to top performers. Raffles will be held on site with payment by cash or Venmo available.

Registration opens 12/29/2025 and closes 04/04/2026. The registration fee is $75.00. Proceeds benefit Colony Caregivers, an organization that provides care, spay/neuter and healthcare services for feral and colony cats in and around Ontario County. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
