Diablito 50/50 is a trail ultrarun held at Tickfaw State Park in Springfield, Louisiana. The event offers two distances and uses a 4-mile trail loop that repeats for the race distance. The loop passes along the Tickfaw River and through several named segments: Gum Cypress Trail, Pine Hardwood Trail, River Overlook / Bottomland Hardwood Trail, and River Trail.
Tickfaw State Park contains elevated boardwalks and four distinct ecosystems: cypress-tupelo swamp, bottomland hardwood forest, mixed pine-hardwood forest, and the Tickfaw River. Wildlife such as poisonous snakes and alligators may be present on or near the trails; encounters are uncommon but runners should be aware of the natural habitat.

Lodging options at the park include improved and unimproved campsites, cabins, and a group camp. Cabins are supplied with basic cookware, dinnerware, towels, and linens; group camp guests must provide their own dishes and linens. Registrants are expected to bring food and personal supplies.
On-course support includes two aid stations with water, a stocked start/finish area with food and hydration options, and a finish-line meal featuring red beans and rice with vegan options noted. All participants receive a Dri-Fit race shirt, a speed cup, and a portable power bank charger. Finisher medals and top awards will be presented.
