Q50 Races Santa on Trails 5k

Event

The Q50 Races Santa on Trails is a trail 5k taking place on December 6, 2025, at Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville, Louisiana (62883 LA-1089). The race is a trail course of 5 km (3 miles) and offers race day registration. All participants receive a Santa hat, a t-shirt, and a hand-made medal. Participant food and refreshments are provided by the New Orleans Mission. Entrants are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the New Orleans Mission; price does not matter.

Logistics and rules

There is a park entry fee of $3 per person. The event follows a bring-your-own-bottle policy; water will be available to refill personal hydration containers at designated stations, and disposable cups will not be provided. Runners must carry out trash and deposit it at the finish area; failure to follow this rule may result in disqualification. It is forbidden to remove flora, fauna, rocks, or other natural items from the course. Companions may assist runners only in assigned areas at the start/finish, and no vehicles may accompany runners on the course. The organizer reserves the right to remove any runner judged not physically capable of finishing and enforces visible race numbers on the front of each participant.
