David Lloyd Hybrid Games

The David Lloyd Hybrid Games is a fitness event held at The Hybrid Training Co. Broadstreet RFU in Coventry. Taking place over two days in May, the competition is organized in partnership with Hybrid Training Co. to raise funds for Birmingham Women's & Children’s Hospital. The event is open to both David Lloyd members and the general public, with participation options for individuals and pairs.

Participants complete a series of 8 alternating 1 km runs and 8 functional fitness stations. The race format consists of the following sequence:

  • 1k Run
  • 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 1k Run
  • 1000m Row
  • 1k Run

  • 100m Sandbag Lunges
  • 1k Run
  • 100 Wall Balls

Prizes are awarded for first place in each race category, as well as the fastest finishers within specific age groups. Entrants must be aged 16 or over to participate.
