Participants and teams

Minimum age for the main race is 18. Junior races are included for U9 (6+), U11, U13, U15 and U17 age groups. Teams are allowed and scored in teams of three.

Race rules and records

FRA kit is required. There is no access to farmland until race day and dogs are not permitted on the race route. A fell-gate checkpoint will enforce a cut-off of around 30 to 40 minutes; the exact time will be set according to weather on the day.
