The race takes place on Saturday, 13th June 2026, starting at 12 noon. The event field is located at Beckside Farm on Old Hall Road, Ulverston, LA12 7PE. Access to the field is from the east via Town Bank Road, with exit west via Old Hall Road. Grid reference is SD283803.

The course for 2025 is new. The race starts from a field adjacent to the farm, heads out alongside the beck, and climbs to the top of Flan Fell. This point serves as the Under 14 turn. Senior and Under 17 runners continue, dropping down to a field corner along the bottom edge, then back over the top of Flan Fell before returning to the finish.

The race is 1.85 miles (2.80 km) long with 540 feet (160 meters) of climb.
