Event Information

The Creek Crawl Obstacle Race takes place on May 9, 2026, in Foley, Alabama, at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve. The course covers 4 miles on trails through 400 acres and includes at least 20 obstacles that test agility, strength, and endurance. A feature is a 25-yard water obstacle at the end. Participants have the option to bypass this water and run an additional half mile of course instead.

Participation Details

Participants must be 10 years old or older on race day. Registration is separated into heats. An Elite Heat for serious racers, limited to 50 participants, begins at 8:10 AM. Subsequent heats start every 10 minutes, with up to 50 racers per heat. Runners must participate in the heat for which they are registered. All proceeds benefit the educational programs at Graham Creek Nature Preserve.

On-Site Logistics

Packet pickup is available on Friday, May 8th, at the Graham Creek Interpretive Center. It is also available on race morning at the outdoor pavilion site starting at 7:00 AM. Water stations are located at two points along the course. Post-race, runners receive water and a meal. Participants aged 21 and over with approved ID also receive a beer. Free parking is available. Food and drink tickets are redeemable starting at 9:00 AM. Outside showers and hoses are available for cleanup. Awards for the top three male and female runners begin around 10:00 AM.
