Countdown to One Last Man Standing - Rochester

The event is a repeated one mile loop challenge held in Webster, NY on September 20, 2026. Each participant runs successive single miles from the same start and finish location until they fail to meet the time requirement for a mile. There is a one minute separation between each mile.

The format groups miles into categories with specific time cutoffs. Completing all miles in a category earns a pin to attach to the finisher medal. All participants receive a finisher medal.

Registration information and fees are provided in advance. Registration opens December 28, 2025 and closes January 31, 2026. The registration fee is $40.00.

Category mile time cutoffs:

  • Bronze: 15, 13, 11, and 10 minute miles.
  • Silver: 9.5, 9, 8.5, and 8 minute miles.
  • Gold: 7.5, 7, 6.5, and 6 minute miles.

If no single winner is determined after the listed categories, the per-mile time requirement will continue to decrease by 30 seconds until one competitor remains. Top male and top female finishers are listed to receive a cash prize of $125 each. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
