Amer's Epilepsy Trail Race

Amer’s Epilepsy Trail Run, known as "Seize the Day," is an annual fundraising event held at Mendon Ponds Park near Canfield and Douglas Roads in New York. The race offers 10K and 5K trail runs, as well as a one-mile fun run/walk, welcoming runners, walkers, hikers, and leashed dogs. The courses start and finish at the North Meadow Trailhead, with the fun run following the Pine Woods trail.

Water stations are available on the 5K and 10K routes. The event fosters a supportive atmosphere to raise awareness and funds for epilepsy programs benefiting individuals in Upstate New York.
