Corox 2.0 Fitness Challenge

The Corox 2.0 Fitness Challenge is a functional fitness event located in Tyrone at the Core Performance Gym, situated on the Derrylaughan Gfc grounds. The competition takes place in an outdoor setting and integrates functional training movements with timed running intervals. The course features a 1 km track used for the running segments of the race.

Participants are required to complete 8 exercise stations. Between each of these stations, athletes perform either a 1 km or a 500 m run, depending on the specific category selected. The exercise stations consist of a variety of bodyweight movements and equipment-based functional exercises.
